1. Return Eligibility

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale.”

  • Customized or altered items.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Click here to initiate the return. Email us at support@tripplec.online for additional support is needed.

  2. Our team will approve the request and provide you with the return shipping details.

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.

    • Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

4. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved: The refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

5. Damaged or Defective Items If you received a defective or damaged dress, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the defect. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
